A beautiful, endless, straight track of about 250 km that connects Larapinta Drive (unpaved part) to Kings Canyon for an Outback experience in the Red Centre.
The road can sometimes be impassable in case of heavy rains. It can be an alternative for those who do not want to take the classic highway between Alice Springs and Uluru/Kings Canyon and take a shortcut to a more adventurous trail. It can be tiring, however, as the landscape is the same for hundreds of kilometres with passages where you can't exceed 50 km/h.
