Accessible via a beautiful cycle path, this is an Aboriginal spiritual site where the ancestral giant goanna is honoured.

Simpsons Gap can also be reached by car in 20 minutes by a beautiful 17 km bike path starting from the John Flynn Memorial. Exceptional scenery often used for wedding photos. Aboriginal spiritual site honoring the giant ancestral goanna. Scan the cliffs for a small wallaby, or a perentie, Australia's largest monitor. Nice walks: the pleasant Ghost Gum walk (20min), the Cassia Hill walk (1h) offering a breathtaking view of the Gap or the Woodland Trail through the mulga acacias for those who have the day.
