Renowned for its fried carp, the Auberge des Trois Vallées welcomes guests in a warm, pastel-toned dining room. In the kitchen, Pieter Harens prepares his dishes in the pure heritage of Sundgau restaurants. The restaurant is also a member of the Route de la Carpe frite association.
