Renowned for its fried carp, the Auberge des Trois Vallées welcomes guests in a warm, pastel-toned dining room. Un très bon moment, service, impeccable, nourriture, goûteuse. Carpe frite excellente. Friture parfaite. Truite farci aux petits légumes, légumes délicieuse. La salade de foie de volaille est excellente.

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable en famille autour d'une très bonne fritures de carpes. Le poisson farci était succulent. Le service parfait. Je recommande vivement.
