Renowned for its fried carp, the Auberge des Trois Vallées welcomes guests in a warm, pastel-toned dining room. In the kitchen, Pieter Harens prepares his dishes in the pure heritage of Sundgau restaurants. The restaurant is also a member of the Route de la Carpe frite association. Un très bon moment, service, impeccable, nourriture, goûteuse. Carpe frite excellente. Friture parfaite. Truite farci aux petits légumes, légumes délicieuse. La salade de foie de volaille est excellente.
