Thanks to the ingenuity of Kévin and Mélanie and their revolutionary mobile restaurant concept, this emblematic dish is enjoying an unprecedented renaissance. Anchored in an eco-responsible approach, they favor short circuits and local producers! In short, fried carp is rising to new heights, carrying with it and on board their trucks a beautiful and radiant image of the Sundgau region.

Opening time and information on JUSTE LA RESTAURANT MOBILE
Markets: Wednesday in Riedisheim and Sierentz, Thursday in Rixheim and Altkirch, Friday in Wittenheim, Saturday in Dannemarie and sometimes at the Place de la Paix in Mulhouse, but also at the Mulhouse Expo Fair and in summer at the Thursdays in the park in Mulhouse. 10 € (fried carp + garland of potatoes). Mobile restaurant.

Find the itinerant restaurant "Juste là" on the markets: Wednesday in Riedisheim, Thursday in Rixheim and Saturday on the Place de la Paix in Mulhouse, as well as on regional events. Come and taste tasty fried carp accompanied by a garland of organic potatoes.
