Located just a few minutes from the center of Is-sur-Tille, on the edge of the Ignon river, L'Auberge du Lac, which changed its owner in 2014, found a young person who is fine. The kitchen has been refurbished and the restaurant redesigned with time-old woodwork and visible stones, white furniture and grey tones. The kitchen at L'Auberge du Lac is 100% homemade, with meals and menus of the day and minimalist menu on weekends. Local dishes, Langriflette, Cassoulet, beef bourguignon… accompanied by wines from the region at very affordable prices: Montagny Premier Cru in white and Morey-Saint-Denis in red. An address where you get used to coming but where the occasional stage will not disappoint because the reception service is convivial and efficient.
