2023 marks a sign of great change for the Auberge Côté Rivière. At the helm of this charming establishment are Pierre and Maria Franchomme. In the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious dishes made with fresh, seasonal produce. The couple share their love of Burgundy's terroir by sublimating the famous Burgundy snails, as well as revisiting foie gras with a red wine and spice sauce. And last but not least, all desserts are seasonal and homemade!

Un très beau lieu, calme et authentique avec une équipe très accueillante. Le restaurant est excellent, grand parking sécurisé la nuit pour les amateurs de belles mécaniques en déplacement au circuit de Dijon Prenois.

Petit hôtel bucolique où l’on s’y sent tout de suite très bien, grâce à un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable (autant au dîner qu’au petit déjeuner, que je recommande vivement au passage). Merci pour ce séjour et au plaisir de revenir :))
