The Brotherhood of Truffle of Burgundy, in partnership with the tourist office of Is-sur-Tille, welcomes you several Saturday afternoon from September to December, in the full season of truffle, to make you discover this black gold so rare. After a presentation of the truffle, its characteristics, culture and harvest, you visit a truffle and participate in a tilt demonstration (search for truffles with dogs). At the end of the visit, a tasting of riddled products accompanied by a glass of Burgundy is offered to each participant. Following the advice of the members of the Brotherhood, you can even, in turn, develop delicious dishes. The nose will have no secrets for you! Tariff: 12 € per person.
