In early 2024, Maxime Calafato took over the Blanchot patisserie where he had worked for several years. He is now developing his own patisserie and tearoom business. Specializing in Viennese pastries, Maxime offers both classics and novelties straight from his imagination. Discover his chocolates, such as Bouchons au Marc de Bourgogne, snails with a secret recipe, or marshmallow bears. Cakes can be ordered for special events.

Très bonne pâtisserie, personnel très sympathique

Nous avons commandé une douzaine de gâteaux pour notre mariage. Tous merveilleusement beaux et délicieux! Je ne peu pas manger de gluten et nous avons acheter un gâteau "bûcheron". Nous auriez du en prendre plusieurs, car c'était le gateau préféré de plusieurs personne! Une merveilleuse expérience, bravo à Mme Blanchot et son équipe.
