Given our proximity to the border, why not immerse yourself in the culinary culture of our Latino neighbors? Bakeries don't really exist in the U.S., apart from those that imitate French bakeries, and Hispanic bakeries are widespread. A very good option for gourmands. But beware: their pastries are extremely sweet! Covered in icing sugar and cinnamon, you're in for a treat... The best tip is to go early in the morning, around 6 a.m., for fresh bread.
