Undeniably one of the best sushi restaurants in the region, and that's saying a lot. Nothing pretentious or overdone, just a chef who knows what he's doing and fresh produce. A real pleasant surprise that has been hailed even in Houston culinary circles, and yet it's a must-try! They offer delicious sushi and sashimi, as well as a Mexican-Japanese fusion, with Japanese nachos, which do indeed contain jalapeños and delicious cream cheese. There's no escaping it.
