This museum tells the human and natural history of Cornwall in Truro. Its mineral collection is of great value, and the different eras that have marked the county are recounted. Interest is not simply regional, however, and Greece, the Romans and Egypt also have their own sections. Throughout the year, several exhibitions are organized at the museum and online. The museum was founded in 1818 by the Royal Cornwall Institute to promote the region's excellence, so it's a good place to visit to learn more about the subject.
