Pleasure for the senses: let's start with taste with a surprising cuisine mixing local products and aromatic herbs from the garden, very beautiful and daring gourmet associations. Very simple but worked with love. Pleasure for the eyes then with a careful presentation and the ballet of the waiters set to a melody under the direction of the brilliant conductor Emmanuel Waltisperger! The sober and luminous restaurant area opens onto the terrace and the kitchen. The menu is reduced and changes regularly.

Bonne cuisine et bonne ambiance/cadre pour un petit établissement niché au centre d'un petit village Alsacien. Pensez à réserver surtout si vous êtes plus de deux convives, car souvent complet. Personnel agréable et sympathique, avec un chef qui cuisine à vue.
