Restaurant offering regional and family cuisine on the road from Paris to La Roche-en-Brénil.
The Grange Rocheloise is a sure value that Christophe and Marine Carré bring to life in homage to the great hours of Route Nationale 6. A young chef trained at the Auberge de l'Atre in Quarré-les-Tombes or at the Jardin Gourmand d'Auxerre, Christophe Carré offers a regional and family cuisine. Everything is fresh and homemade, except for some vegetables out of season, even the minute chopped steak from the kids' menu! Christophe Carré is a graduate of the Confrérie de la tête de veau, so he does credit to this dish, but also knows how to get off the beaten track as with the crumble of leeks and tomatoes with local tomme or poultry sauerkraut. Don't miss the white pineapple chocolate clafoutis! Located on the road to Paris, a large parking space faces it.
