ESOX DIVING
We say it: we don't come to Burgundy for its fine sandy beaches, it's the same for scuba diving. No lagoon and clear waters to seriously practice discipline. Esox Diving is a diving spot in a 55 m deep pink granite quarry that began with the construction of the Paris-Lyon-Marseille railway line and the A6 motorway, which was impounded after 100 years of operation. Bruno Barré, professional diving trainer, has chosen this Burgundy site to train and train divers. After a depth of 25 m, the water is at 6 degrees, even in summer, and it is complete darkness, which means that the conditions are at risk. Only one or two students per dive, the safety conditions being very strict. Without the blue of the South Seas, diving offers lunar shows at the bottom of the quarry and a unique experience. On land, the reception conditions are comfortable and arranged on board containers. Barbecue and casual debriefing moments. Bruno Barré also created Spirit Dive, a dive shop.
