ADEGA VINHO WINERY

Mourvèdre, tempranillo, touriga, sangiovese and arinto were the first grape varieties planted here. Initiated by the Bilger family, this small Texan vineyard exudes a pleasant conviviality. Adega Vinho means "Wine Cellar" in Portuguese, and the method demonstrates a willingness to follow the traditional winemaking process rather than reinvent it. You can taste all the wines in an indoor room as well as outdoors. We highly recommend going outside for the idyllic Hill Country atmosphere!
