The Ullen Sentalu, a cultural jewel dedicated to Javanese art and heritage, is a window on the kingdoms of Java, in particular Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Located around 50 minutes from the center of Yogyakarta, it offers a journey back in time with its collections of batiks, photographs and paintings. The museum, a work of art in itself, is nestled in gardens dotted with sculptures. On the second floor, a batik store and a small café add to the charm of the place. A visit here, and you're plunged into the dreamlike world of a film.
