Since 2024, a breath of fresh air has been blowing through Le Nymphéa. New chef, new manager, new team and new menu! Teddy Cassier, with 30 years' experience in the kitchen, has already run his own restaurant in Besançon, but has chosen this little haven of peace to share his passion for well-crafted cuisine. Fries of ablettes and suggestions of river or sea fish are always present, as is beef with seasonal vegetables and homemade fries. New: a tea room that welcomes you continuously in the afternoon, facing the Saône river.
