NABATO (SHIVTA FARM)
Shivta Farm also bears the Colt house name, the name of H. Colt (the son of the American arms manufacturer) whose team searched places from 1933 to 1934. Built in Byzantine stone, 1 500 years old, the three guest rooms are charming and perfect for a weekend in lovers of the desert. Small bathrooms and garden to watch the stars after having tasted the excellent home made kitchen of course: salads, matmoufé (stuffed chicken and vegetables, wood-fired)), beef stew in red wine, hummus, téhina, full wheat bread, stuffed figs with almonds… A royal feast sprinkled with wine from the region. The farm also produces its own honey, which can be found on the breakfast table.
