CASCAROT
Bistrot guinguette on the banks of the old Saône River, serving cuisine made with fresh, seasonal produce
Imagine a bistrot guinguette on the banks of the old Saône, where you can enjoy an ablette aïoli friture. Well, that's the Cascarot. Valérie and Cyril have breathed new life into this historic Châtelet bistro. The terrace looks out over the tranquil Saône River. The cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal produce, and the fries are also cut fresh in the morning. The restaurant's layout allows for the organization of evening broadcasts, concerts or karaoke evenings, with a beautiful dedicated room. A pontoon is available for visiting yachtsmen.
