Marriott standard but room outdated overall its good for what it is and its prime location

My stay at the hotel was regrettably marked by notable shortcomings. The in-room coffee machine, initially found in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness, failed to meet basic standards. A subsequent request for a replacement was met with further disappointment, as the provided substitute exhibited a similar lack of hygiene.

Compounding matters, there was a noticeable lapse in housekeeping protocol, with the bed linens remaining unchanged. This collective experience reflects a deviation from expected standards of cleanliness and service. Such discrepancies warrant attention, as they impact the overall guest satisfaction and the perceived value of the accommodation.

Mon séjour au Four Points by Sheraton a été décevant. La chambre ne répondait pas aux attentes, et la machine à café fournie était non seulement défectueuse mais aussi sale. Malgré notre réclamation, le remplacement proposé était tout aussi insatisfaisant, nous laissant avec une expérience médiocre.
