A scientific pilot truffle farm created in 2013 in Leuglay, to be visited.
In 2013, the association La Truffe côte-d'orienne set up a pilot truffle farm with a scientific scope, in partnership with the Maison de la Forêt, which has since also become the Maison du Parc national de forêts. Researchers have begun work on the molecules and aromas of Tuber Uncinatum. In 2021, the pilot truffle farm produced its first results. And as if to crown the adventure, in September 2022 the Burgundy Truffle Interpretation Center opened.
