Since the beginning of 2016, the Garaudière who was for over 20 years the Guilleminot family has finally passed their hands. Now it's Matthieu Chantereaux, a young Beaunois who is head of this famous restaurant. In the kitchen, Chef Michaël Thibert has already taken his marks. The fast obtaining of the title of Restaurateur Master confirms that the new Garaudière signs fresh, seasonal and homemade cuisine. The new team has retained the specialty of the restaurant, the fire grilled grills in front of the assembly: Beef pavement, beef filet, kawel, duck magret, chicken supreme, salmon darne… everything goes through the big chimney! The great connoisseurs are delighted, choices are offered between Angus meats, Aubrac, Limousine, Charolaise. The map honors local cuisine: Egg in Sachet, snails, rabbit thigh with Fallot mustard, paved black place with spices… In dessert, we recommend the fire to cassis and spices, a real delight! We love the chic rustic atmosphere of this restaurant with a good inn where stones and woodwork warm the atmosphere. In the beautiful days it is the calm of the terrace that we prefer to settle down.
