The 5-star hotel complex with a 30-meter pool has a starred restaurant and a chic bistro. Philippe Augé brings all his creativity to La Table de Levernois, assisted by Rémy De Barros, the chef offers a cuisine where freshness is the key. Foie gras ravioli with wild mushrooms, venison with juniper berries, celery and beet mousseline with blackcurrants, and grand cru chocolate galet with peanut praline crunch.
