The Bistrot du bord de l'eau is the counterpart of the Hostellerie de Levernois, a renowned starred establishment recently bought by Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet, the former owner-partner of Airelles Val d'Isère Mademoiselle. Guests can sit in the warm dining room or on sunny days on the shaded terrace on the banks of the Bouzaise river, the dynamic and attentive service is smoothly led by the waltz of waiters in aprons. Not far from Beaune, the gourmets will also be able to make a stopover in the very beautiful hotel, in order to take advantage of the surrounding cellars. A high-flying address!

Nous sommes allés visiter cet hôtel pour vérifier à quoi ressemblait le service et avons été accueillis par un personnel arrogant et prétentieux. Pas très accueillant.

Comme a chaque visite Levernois est une destination incroyable. l'hôtel du parc est très correct. En attente de l'année prochaine pour profiter du relais et de sa magnifique nouvelle piscine.
