The Bistrot du bord de l'eau is the counterpart of the Hostellerie de Levernois, a renowned starred establishment recently bought by Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet, the former owner-partner of Airelles Val d'Isère Mademoiselle. Guests can sit in the warm dining room or on sunny days on the shaded terrace on the banks of the Bouzaise river, the dynamic and attentive service is smoothly led by the waltz of waiters in aprons.
