Customs is a great restaurant/brasserie in a friendly small town. If the hotel is located on the old customs of Longvic, you will not be searched at the entrance! There are no fewer than 11 people at your disposal so you can spend a pleasant time. You will always be sure to have a place because the establishment can receive up to 200 seats. The room is air conditioned and a terrace awaits you. In the morning you can lunch within 8 hours. A rich breakfast buffet with everything you need to start the day. Noon and evening of proposed brasserie dishes: poultry steak with mushroom cream, mudflap fondue, poultry puree cheese sauce… But let's not forget home specialities: ., carpaccios and tartars eggs. Cela fait 2 fois que j'y vais et que je suis très déçue
Cet été j'ai pris une assiette dégustation avec ceviche de daurade brochette de saumon et crevettes, le saumon et els crevettes étaient cuit et recuit je n'ai même pas pu manger (l'assiette m'a d'ailleurs été offerte avec les excuses du serveur)
Et ce midi poêlon scottish et encore un coup le saumon plus que ultra surcuit (j'ai mangé uniquement le saumon fumé du dessus)
Et les patates étaient malheureusement sans gout .
j'ai pris une tarte tatin qui était bonne
Malheureusement nous ne reviendrons plus
