Seuil d accès douche haut >40 cm, difficile d accès pour handicapé, et glissant. Tous les robinets sont inversés entre eau chaude et froide.

A éviter! Literie inconfortable. Matelas avec des ressorts que l’on sent évidemment. Insonorisation inexistante entre les chambres et le couloir.
