Everything with a multitude of services (free quotation, delivery, wise advice, SAV, coaching workshop, wood and glass cutting, minute key, teinter machine…). You can't go back! Well seen: Leclerc points on your loyalty card are deductible from your shopping and gardening!

A fuir à tous prix. Il ne s’agit là que d’un dépôt vente qui s’approvisionne dans les centrales d’achats du groupe E.Leclerc mais qui ne possède aucun service après vente. Résultat des courses une machine neuve qui tombe en panne au bout de 5min à la première utilisation ils ne sont même pas capable de vous la remplacer. Cela fait plus d’un mois et demi que j’attends comme un c.., personne n’en a rien à cirer dans cette boutique et en attendant mes projets sont à l’arrêt. Autant acheter sur internet puisque en magasin c’est plus cher et de toute façon derrière il ne propose aucun service de plus. Mieux au moins en achetant sur internet je n’aurais même pas eu besoin de me déplacer jusqu’au magasin pour ramener mon outil défectueux. Bref ne vous faites pas avoir comme des pigeons par cette enseigne.Je mets une étoile parce que apparemment c’est le minimum possible mais franchement ils ne la méritent même pas !!! D’autant plus que lorsque vous parlez de cela aux vendeurs du magasin on vous rit limite au nez en vous disant «  mon pauvre monsieur c’est le SAV centralisé à pétaouchnok les bains qui gère et eux ils s’en fountent …. »
