Un conseil énorme si vous voulez satisfaire pleinement vos clients et multiplier par 2 ou 3 votre CA sur les baguettes, faites un stage chez Crousty Pain à Mulhouse, 85 Rue de Kingersheim, là-bas, si vous avez l'occasion d'y aller, le pain est toujours ultra frais et ultra bon (allez y, vous y verrez toujours une queue dans le magasin...). Ma femme en ramène tout le temps quand elle sort du boulot, je suis ravis de manger ces excellentes baguettes et en même temps triste qu'à Horbourg-Wihr, qu'il n'y ait aucun bon boulanger.
