Located in the volcanic area, in the heart of the natural site of Font Moixina, which gave it its name, this restaurant, which is over a hundred years old since it was founded in 1890, offers traditional local cuisine. Co-founder of the Volcanic Cuisine Association, it offers, for example, turbot of the day with morel mushrooms, codfish with onion, honey and creamy sweet potatoes or apple fritters.
