It is a completely renovated 14th-century country house located in the La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, 300 m above Olot, La Fageda d'en Jordà, the Croscat volcano and the Santa Margarida volcano. It has a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two double and one with two single beds and a double sofa bed), each with its own private bathroom. In all, there is 140 m² of living space and 1,000 m² of garden. The owners live in the upper part of the masia.
