The Margueritta offers good local and European cuisine, and pizzas to eat in or take away. Local dishes include tuna porterhouse, chicken chop suey, bavette with onions and duck breast, depending on availability. A particular favorite is the tuna millefeuille with green papaya. As for pizzas, the menu offers the classic 3-cheese and Niçoise pizzas, as well as pizzas with more local flavor, such as the mahoraise (minced meat, chicken, onions) or the margueritta (chicken, merguez, minced meat).
