Covering three hectares, the botanical garden of Coconi is a concentrate of Mayotte! You will find most of the plant species of the island, from the tiny coloured flower to the extravagantly proportioned tree. For the time being, the explanatory panels have unfortunately not yet been installed, so you can mostly take advantage of the place for a walk or a picnic, unless you are lucky enough to be accompanied by a connoisseur or by the students of the neighbouring agricultural high school who bring the place to life during the highlights and the market.
