This place is recognizable by the two red sandstone rocks that overlook it. In 1989, Duke and Rose Simpson and their children opened the Rocks Trading Post on the very spot where a group of Mormon pioneers stopped to make their home a hundred years earlier. The Rocks Trading Post expanded a few years later with the opening of the Twin Rocks Cafe. Today, the Cafe is a family-owned and operated restaurant that serves a variety of local dishes.

Excellente sélection de bières au Twin Rocks à Bluff. Petit Futé a tout à fait raison à ce propos. Perso, j'ai adoré.
