To offer you the very best, our team uses carefully selected fresh regional produce. Beef and pork are sourced from local farms on the island of Santiago. Fish is caught in Tarrafal and sourced sustainably. At Casa Strela, for example, you can enjoy Cape Verdean tapas, a tuna burger or a mixed salad with seasonal fruit.
