SNOW CANYON STATE PARK
Beautiful site of volcanic origin with many picnic areas and a campground at Snow Canyon State Park
This beautiful site of volcanic origin was occupied by the Anasazi from 200 B.C. to 1250, and then by the Paiute from 1250 until the mid-19th century. People come here for its magnificent canyons, red and white sandstone formations, ancient black lava flows and sand dunes. There are about 15 hikes to the various canyons and arches. Climbing, horseback riding and mountain biking are also practiced in the park. Numerous picnic areas and a campground are available. This park is worth a visit.

Beautiful viewpoints, beautiful multicoloured rocks and solidified lava make this park an unusual place. Moreover, if you have a bit of luck, you will see many animals, including turtles, foxes, or then curious leaping lizards.
This park is worth visiting if you go to St. George Utah.
