A very interesting museum (even if the price is a bit high compared to other museums in the country), recently built with the help of the Japanese, in recognition of the Japanese-Mongolian friendship and cooperation. There is a permanent exhibition, presenting relics from the Stone and Bronze Ages, the period of the ancient states and the Great Mongolian period. Other temporary exhibitions are regularly proposed. This museum testifies to the cultural and historical richness of the Orkhon Valley.

musée très intéressant ,assez complet ,témoigne de la richesse culturelle de la vallée de l'Orkhon surtout à l'âge de pierre et de bronze .on peut voir un petit film sur la découverte d'une tombe mongole ,très instructif.
Un courrier intéressant d'un pape qui demandait au Khan de l'époque de se convertir au catholicisme. Le Khan lui a demandé de venir lui même faire la demande...
