Towards Sheffield, in the small village of Ridgeway, is one of the best restaurants in England, rewarded by many distinctions, a Michelin star among others. Tessa Bramley's head and owner is also a small screen star, a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain. On the map, English traditional dishes, such as this rabbit râble, wrapped with sage and pancetta, accompanied by peppery cherries. A pure wonder! You'll find nothing better than the round.

Excellent resto à Chesterfield. Joliment décoré, accueillant… J'ai particulièrement aimé leur cuisine. Exquise.
