In Marsannay-la-Côte, Domaine Guyot Olivier is a family-run winery. Olivier Guyot, awarded Burgundy's most promising young winemaker by the Revue des Vins de France in 2000, has been cultivating his grapes according to the principles of sustainable agriculture since 1998. The domaine offers a wide selection of wines, reflecting the know-how and passion of the Guyot family. Visitors can discover the history of the estate, as well as the different stages in wine production. Tastings are also offered, allowing visitors to savor the wines produced on site. Visitors can also take advantage of a delivery service for their wine purchases.

Le domaine Olivier Guyot permet d'avoir une excellente approche de ce vignoble un peu oublié à tort. La formule "La trilogie de Marsannay" proposée par le domaine à 8€ permet de déguster un Marsannay blanc, un rouge et un rosé.
Nous avons même appris que Marsannay avait déposé un dossier (il y a environ 10 ans) pour faire reconnaître une partie de ses parcelles en premier cru. Le chemin est long, mais il peut-être particulièrement intéressant de découvrir ce domaine et ses vins à des prix très abordables (environ 20€ la bouteille).
