Domaine du Vieux Collège covers 25 hectares between Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. The estate has been in existence for 7 generations, and Eric Guyard has been running it since 2006, with a passion for plants and terroirs. He works with Marsannay rosé, Pinot noir for red wines, Chardonnay for whites, and Aligoté for Bourgogne Aligoté. With respect for the environment, he vinifies grapes at maturity. No fertilizers or chemicals are used, for 100% organic wines! Two open days are organized twice a year.
