Super friendly restaurant, rustic and without fuss, which presents dishes made from mostly local products
At Suzel's, you'll enjoy regional dishes. Everything is homemade, from the bread to the dessert (the chef is a pastry chef by trade). In a delightful setting combining authenticity (stone walls, wood panelling) and tradition, you can sit down and enjoy delicious onion tarts, pies, fleischnackas or even tarts flambées on Friday evenings. All accompanied by a fine wine from a local winemaker (pinot noir, muscat or another of the seven Alsatian grape varieties). Suzel also offers self-catering accommodation in her winegrower's home, overlooking the Three Castles of Ribeauvillé.
