The Mallo family discreetly exercises the art of winemaking with incomparable style and brilliance. This charming 7-hectare family estate has been certified Bio Ecocert since 2014. It has beautiful plots of land on the Rosacker and Mandelberg Grands Crus, as well as on the Muhlforst (future 1er Cru), where the vinification process favours finesse and the expression of the terroir. What can be added to these wines adorned with pretty labels is the freshness and naturalness that can be found in all the vintages. Dominique Mallo is happy to welcome you, preferably by appointment, for a tasting full of flavours. During your visit, you will be able to discover a Crémant d'Alsace composed of a delicious blend of pinot noir, pinot blanc and auxerrois (rated 89/100 by Wine Enthusiast), a Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker Vieilles Vignes 2017 and a superb Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Rosacker Vendanges Tardives 2016.
