This is the city's trendy café-restaurant. The products used at OFF. are local and organically grown, especially the vegetables. The style is Western and the presentation succulent. At lunchtime, from around ¥1,500, you can choose between the spaghetti of the day, the " open sandwich " with homemade bread or the Tajima steak (+ à la carte).
