It is the trendy café-restaurant of the city. The products used at OFF. are local and organically grown, especially the vegetables. The style is western and the presentation is succulent. At lunchtime, from about ¥1000, you can choose between the spaghetti of the day, the " open sandwich " with home-made bread or the Tajima steak (+ à la carte). In the evening, the concept becomes that of an à la carte bistro with a wide choice of wines and seasonal dishes, which change every day (count from 4000 ¥ in the evening).
