Located in a beautiful wooden house, this restaurant specializes in Tajima beef, from which the Kobe beef lineage originated. This meat is known to be very marbled, very tender and very tasty. It can be eaten as a steak, curry, stew or lightly fried. In the evening, by reservation only, the restaurant proposes to taste this meat in the form of barbecue, of shabu-shabu (Japanese fondue) and sukiyaki (Japanese fondue slightly sweetened). A real delight for the taste buds.
