Henri Mutin, best known for his crémants, is first and foremost a farmer. A fervent advocate of organic farming, as for the crémant he produces, he offers AB-labeled organic cereals. These include the rising stars that even top chefs are looking for: coral or beluga lentils, chickpeas and split peas to serve today's cuisine. Chickpeas are packaged in jars for easy consumption. New for 2024: quinoa and chia. Organic spelt, wheat, rye and einkorn flours are ground on the farm.

Open daily and on public holidays from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Preferably by appointment. Tastings, visits and purchases preferably by appointment. Mail-order sales. AB" organic label and HVE for cereal production. Open house on Sunday, the day after the Fête du Crémant de Chatillon, with some fifteen exhibitors.
