Center designed by the famous architect of the Sydney Opera House, Jørn Utzon, featuring a permanent, interactive exhibition.
Opened in 2000, the centre is one of the latest creations of Jørn Utzon, the famous architect of the Sydney Opera House. Lost at the end of a road on the edge of Skagen, it spreads out in a no-man's land where only a few stunted fir trees and the white bulbs of a radar station stand out. As in an observatory, curious black chimneys remind us of periscopes. Inside, there is a wonderful permanent and interactive exhibition. Smart tip: come in the evening in summer.
