Muy buena experiencia! Personal muy amable y servicial. En especial Emmanuel en la recepción siempre con una sonrisa muy dispuesto a ayudar e Irene al desayuno muy atenta y simpática. Si vuelvo a Rapallo lo vuelvo a elegir! Muy recomendado????

The rooms is very clean although it is kind of small. The staff are very kind serving with smile. The location on the beach crossing one street. All restaurants and supermarkets are very close. The breakfast is nice with many options. The food servant is very humble and kind. The house keepers are kind and smiley too. I strongly recommend this Hotel for your trip. We stayed at room 70.

Le charme Italien
Idéalement situés, nous avons eu la chance d avoir une chambre avec balcon, vue sur la baie de Rapallo. Délicieux souper et excellent service au restaurant Le Riviera Gourmet de cette hôtel
Petit-déjeuner très varié.
Mention spéciale à touts les employés pour leur gentillesse, leur serviabilité et leur bienveillance

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location.
But all a touch out of style and many things broken (phone, wardrobe etc.) or crafted (shower).
For this, quite a steep Price.

아주 오래된 호텔이에요.
럭셔리와는 거리가 멀지만 모든 객실이 오션뷰인 장점이 있어요. 조식은 너무 기대하지 마세요~

The employees can’t speak English and when they don’t understand they stop caring. The space and place was nice but we had the worst service ever…

Très bon hôtel qui fait face à la mer. Il présente bien, est très propre et on y mange bien le matin.
De plus, la très gentille dame de l'accueil nous a conseillez où manger la meilleure pizza de la ville et nous n'avons pas été déçu.

Terrible experience with no AC working in the rooms, very hot rooms and if you open the windows a lot of noise and mosquitoes will shower the room , with no doubt I don’t rate it as 3 stars hotels and I don’t recommend it as well , don’t waste your money , receptionists keep saying will call the technicians but as usual in underrated hotels they will not fix it.

La posizione è eccezionale, lo risceglierei sicuramente per questo. Le camere un po' vecchie nell'arredamento e molto molto basiche, il bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare: l'originaria cabina doccia era stata in parte smontata (e la parte non smontata era arrugginita) e sostituita da una tenda in plastica. Nel complesso comunque pulito. La nostra camera era d'angolo e aveva un delizioso balconcino con una splendida vista mare. Colazione a buffet molto semplice, ma varia.

Ottima posizione centrale del golfo di Rapallo.
Camere pulite e con arredamento moderno.
Colazione scarsa rispetto alle aspettative.
Non ha parcheggio! Parcheggi liberi c'è n'è sono pochi, quindi si va a pagamento.

Hôtel familial qui était génial lorsqu'il était tenu par la famille Gamberro. Maintenant, on ne répond même plus au téléphone... Enfin, il reste idéalement situé à Rapallo. Ne reste qu'à pouvoir réserver...
