It is to avoid the sale of the family plot of Auxey-Duresses that Agnès Paquet, a business school graduate, decided to become a winemaker. Her first vintage in 2001 is a wine with her name and her image, with a frank, pure, crystalline style. Her 13 hectare estate extends over the Côte and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Since 2022, her production is certified AB (Ecocert). Warm and available, Agnès welcomes you to the domain and can propose you to extend your stay in Burgundy in one of her 3 beautifully renovated gites.
