LIECHTENSTEIN PALACE (LIECHTENSTEIN SCHLOSS)
Restored palace of the Liechtenstein family, housing a museum dedicated to the family and a museum of the town of Wilfersdorf.
The palace has belonged to the Liechtenstein family for centuries. In 1600, Gundakar of Liechtenstein had his palace built there from a Gothic building. Ravaged by the French in 1809, transformed into a hospital by the Prussians in 1866, it benefited from a major restoration campaign in the early 2000s. It hosts seminars, exhibitions and cultural events, and houses a museum dedicated to the Liechtenstein family and the museum of the town of Wilfersdorf.
